All taxes will be paid by the vehicle’s owner (KAI Corporation), and are due each April 1st.
As an example, if you purchase a Toyota RAUM (1496 cc ¥34,500/year ¥2,875/month ) in May (one month after the tax due date), you will be required to refund the required 10 months (¥2,875 per month ×10 mo. = ¥28,750) of taxes for the months June through March to KAI Corporation.
